As you train be sure to monitor yourself closely. For example: some athletes will be able to handle A workouts all week, some will need to maybe move from A to B or B to C. Listen to you body and adjust workouts when needed.
A Group: Varsity/Top JV Athletes with 3-4 yrs experience
B Group: JV Athletes with 1-2 yrs or more of experience
C Group: New to the sport or experienced athletes who compete at the C Level
