RCHS XC High School/Middle School Camp: The camp runs from June 15 through August 1th. Our XC camp is open to High School and Middle School Cross Country athletes of all abilities. The camp will be run by a highly qualified and experienced RCHS XC Staff, as well as RCHS XC alumni currently competing at the collegiate and professional level.
Camp Meeting Times: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 7:30am - 9:00am, RCHS West Parking lot.
Off Campus Runs wii\ll be held on Wednesday 6:30pm and Friday 7:30am. Please do not go to RCHS on those days. These runs will be held off campus on trails such as the Highline Canal, Waterton Canyon, Platte River, etc. Attendance at camp is very flexible as we understand that families take vacations during the summer.

Distance Runners time off from training:
It's very important to take 2 weeks off from training (no running) after your last race of the RCHS Track season, Running Lane Meet, and Bolder Boulder. It will serve you well both physically and mentally. During that time do other activities if you are restless such as hike, walk, bike,, etc. Once you start running in June, you want to make sure you're recharged both physically and mentally, excited to start running again as our XC season is a long one that goes through November! June will consist of easy running and enjoying the company of your teammates. We will begin more serious training in early July.
