NXRSW - Congratulations to our athletes on closing out their season with some fine performances at NXRSW! Our Boys Varsity capped off a great season with a 7th place finish in the Championship Race! Our Varsity Girls placed 5th in the Large School race, while the JV Boys placed 12th in their Large School race.

Boys Championship Rings: Reminder that our Boys State Championship squad will be meeting on Tuesday, Nov 28 @ 3:00pm (PE Hallway), with the Jostens Rep to get sized up for your rings.
Time off between XC and Track: It's been a long haul since we started in early June, so it's very important to take a break in order to "recharge" yourself both physically and mentally before we begin training for Track. Below are some guidelines to follow:
1 - Take 2 weeks off completely form running after NXRSW.
2 - If you need a 3rd week to rest, do so. Taking a 3rd week off still gives you plenty of time to prepare for Track.
3 - If you need more than 3 weeks rest, please consult with one of the coaches.
4 - Workouts in December will be on your own (no official practices). Better yet, get with your teammates as it's easier to run with someone. Runs should be easy and focusing on increasing mileage. Workouts will be posted on our website starting December 4th.
5 - Winter Track Camp - Our Winter Track Camp will begin Monday, January 8th.
