1 - We will continue to update the training plans page each week through the month of May.
2 - These will be a continuation of the track workouts through May 17th
3 - Rest/Recovery - May 18th to May 31st is the time where we want to rejuvenate ourselves both physically and mentally. During this time you should stay active each day, but limit your running to 20-30 minute runs. Instead, bike, swim, hike, etc, so you keep moving each day.
4 - We will start official XC summer training on June 1. At that time we will have everyone tracking their mileage through one of the online programs Coach Grant is researching. To earn a summer training T shirt, you will be uploading your mileage through early August.
5 - Steamboat Camp - Our dates for the camp are July 22-25. Obviously this will be contingent on health guidelines and Coach Lind's feedback as we get closer to that date.
5 - Lastly, let's hope that on July 1, as per the DCSD target date, we will be meeting together as a team!!!
