First Meet - We are approximately 1 month from our 1st Meet (less than a mont from the Team Time Trial). If there ever was a time to start training consistently, it's now! Especially in the August heat.
Training Schedule for the week:
Monday - RCHS-7:45 am and 6:30 pm - Wildcat/DV/Walgreens (35-60 min/3.5-8.0mi) Core
Tuesday - RCHS -7:45 am - Powerline/Lincoln - (35-60 min/3.5-8.0mi) Short hills
Wednesday - RCHS 7:45 am - Martinez/Canyon Climb - (35-60 min/3.5-8.0mi) or 6:30 pm Dekoevend Park
Thursday - RCHS - 7:45 am - Bills Hills/DV - 35-60 min/3.5-8.0mi) Core
Friday - South Platte River Run - 35-60min/3.5-8.0mi)
Saturday - Dillon Dam Run - Meet at RCHS 6:30am (6, 8 or 12 mi run) Breakfast after in Dillon.
Sunday - Optional
