Monday - RCHS 7:45 am (no evening this week) Bluffs/Target/Death Valley (35-65 min = 3.5-8.0mi) Core
Tuesday - RCHS 7:45 am Vista/Redstone Loop ( 35-60 min = 3.5 - 7.5 mi) Strides
Wednesday - RCHS 7:45 am (no evening run his week) Lincoln/Powerline out and back 35-60 min = 3.5-7.5mi)
Thursday/Fri/Sat - Winter Park Camp Athletes ( Schedule is in email)
Thursday/Fri/Sat - Non Winter Park Athletes - Run with a teammate, or on your own. ( 35-60 min =3.5-7.0mi)
Sunday - Optional
Dillon Dam Run Saturday Aug 1 - We will meet at RCHS 6:30 am to Carpool to Dillon Marina for our annual run, followed by breakfast in Dillon. We could use parent volunteers to help with our aid stations on this long run. Please contact Coach Davies if you can help.
Training Logs - Lets' do a better job of keeping these up to date.
We will be less than a month away from our first race at the end of this week. It's very important to train consistently if you are not currently doing so. We want to keep injuries to a minimum, so it's necessary to be consistent with your running. This also translates into a successful and enjoyable CC season!
