Monday - RCHS 7:45 am - or 6:30 pm. Monarch Trail (4.0-5.5 mi/35-45min)
Tuesday - RCHS 7:45 am - Redstone/Death Valley (3.5 -5.0 mi/30-45 min)
Wednesday -RCHS 7:45 - Powerline (3.5 -5.5 mi/ 30-45 min. and Strides) or 6:30 pm - Highline Canal/ Dekovend Rec Ctr.
Thursday - RCHS 7:45 am - Martinez Loop - (3.5-5.0 mi/30-45 min.)
Friday - South Platte/Carson Nature Center - 7:45 am (3.5 - 5.5 mi/35-45 min) Breakfast at Panera after. Bring money!
Saturday - Own your own or with a teammate (3.0 -5.5 mi 30-45 min). Also: Highlands Ranch or Lone Tree 4th of July 5K - ( Test your fitness or just get in a fun run). Go to hrcaonline.org or cityoflonetree.com for more info
