Training Schedule for Week June 21-27
Monday - RCHS 7:45 am: Bluffs and Back and Strides(2.5-5 miles/25-40 min) or RCHS 6:30 pm
Tuesday - RCHS 7:45 am: McArthurRd/Bike Path (2.5-5 miles/25-40min)
Wednesday - RCHS 7:45 am: Powerline/Lincoln (2.5-5 miles/25-40 min) or 6:30 pm Highline Canal/Dekovend Park.
Thursday - RCHS 7:45 am: Martinez Short Cut or Full ( 3.5 - 5 miles/35-45 min)
Friday - South Platte Carson Nature Center 7:45 am (3.0 - 5.0 miles/30 - 40 min) We will have breakfast afterwards at Panera for those who want( bring your cash!).
Saturday - On Own or with a Teammate - 25-45 minutes.

Wednesday July 8 - Boulder/Mesa Trail and ice cream on Pearl St Mall - Meet at RCHS at 5 pm Parents who can help carpool please contact Coach Davies at [email protected].
July 13-17 - Middle School Camp - We will be joined by RHMS runners this week. Also, former RCHS athletes and Current D1 runners will be returning to help both the Middle School runners and HS athletes as well.
July 23-25 - Winter Park High Altitude Camp - We will be signing up athletes over the next 2 weeks for the camp. We will need a commitment by July 1. Fee is 75.00, covers everything. Make Checks payable to RCHS Cross Country.
Saturday Aug 1 - Dillon Dam Run/Breakfast - Meet at RCHS at 7 am. Parents who can help with carpooling or Aid Station, please email Coach Davies.
RCHS CC Car Stickers - If you would like to purchase an Cross Country Sticker for your car, Cost is $5.00. We will have them at every practice.
