(This the week that we want 1600/3200 runners to add an easy 30 min morning run. We will have a discussion tomorrow as to which group (800/1600 or 1600/3200 the coaches see as your strength). Because the weather will be lousy Monday/Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday would be the best days to do these. Two a days will only be done in the months of February/March. If we wish to competitive against the State Champs, then we must match their commitment!
Mon - 2/1 - 3:10 pm RCHS - 60 minute run (strides)
Tues - 2/2 - 3:10 pm RCHS - 55 minutes up tempo (weights/core)
Wed - 2/3 - 3:10 pm RCHS - 60 minutes (strides) (Morning run 30 min)
Thur - 2/4 - 3:10 pm RCHS - 55 minutes fartlek (weights/core)
Fri - 2/5 - 3:10 pm RCHS - 60 minutes (morning run 30 min)
Sat - 2/6 - 9:00 am Platte River Run/Aspen Grove - 60 -75 min LSD Breakfast at Panera
Sun - Optional easy run
