Tues - RCHS - 3:10 pm: 55 min run (weights/core)
Wed - RCHS - 3:10 pm: 60 min run (fartlek/strides)
Thurs - RCHS - 3:10 pm: 55 min ( weights/core)
Fri - RCHS - 3:10 pm: 60 min run
Sat - On your Own LSD -65-75 min
Sun - Optional Run - (if you did LSD Sat, take day off)
