Next Meet Arapahoe - The competition will get a little tougher this week at Arapahoe. Not only will the races double in size, the addition of Mt Vista, Palmer Ridge, Arapahoe, and Air Academy make it one of the most competitive meets of the year. Let's get in a good week of training and rest so we are mentally ready to go Friday!
