Summer Training - We had a really good showing this summer with a "core group" who showed up consistently. Those of you who we did not see, well, time to get in shape! I will be posting your summer mileage soon, so please update your Training logs!
Transitioning Back to School: This week will be a big transition back to school with sleep, eating, etc. We will back down a little this week in mileage ( for those who have been training).
TWO A DAYS - For those guys who have been doing two a days, we will chat Monday about our plan for the first week.
Weights - We have schedule the weight room for M and W after practices to lift form 5:15 -5:45.
Team Feeds - We will be sending out info soon regarding our Team Feeds.
Schedule for week:
All Runs from RCHS at 3:10 M-F
Monday - Easy 30-55 min
Tuesday - Tempo/Hills - 30 - 55 min
Wednesday - Easy 30-60 min
Thursday - LSD - 35 -70 min
Friday - Fartlek Hills 30-55 min
Saturday - Run with a teammate - 30 -55 min
Sunday -Optional
