Tuesday - RCHS - 7:45 am - Bills Hills/Wildcat - (35-55 min/ 3.5 -7.0 mi) Cherry Creek Wellness Presentation
Wednesday - RCHS - 7:45 am - Martinez - (35 - 55 min/ 3.5 -7.0 mi) core work and 6:30 pm DeKovend Park
Thursday - RCHS - 7:45 am - Monarch - (35-55 min / 3.5 - 7.0 mi)
Friday - RCHS 7:45 am - Surprise WORKOUT!
Saturday - Run with a teammate or on your own (35 - 55 min)
Sunday- Optional
Commitment - As I shared in my email last week. If you are in town and available to attend practice, we HIGHLY suggest you do so in order to be prepared for the CC season.
