Below are some of our athletes/coaches thoughts on this years NXN Phoenix trip:
"The best part of the trip was watching the Boys Championship race and seeing the level of competition that I believe our team can run in."
"I also enjoyed the awards ceremony and being able to experience how important it is for a team to show up on race day, for on race day anyone can claim the title as the championship team."
"Another amazing part of the trip was having success as a team after an uneventful appearance at state."
"The trip was super fun! One thing I enjoyed was the t-shirt exchange. It was fun getting to talk to other teams from other states! The t-shirts were also cool."
"Another thing I enjoyed on the trip was just hanging out with the team. It was a good bonding trip and I got to know a lot of the teammates better!!"
"After falling 200M into her race Shannon Osoba clawed her way back to 42nd place, a gritty performance."
