This week practice's will only be held M-W mornings and Monday pm due to the Winter Park Camp. Those not going to Winter Park should do runs of 30-60 min both Thursday and Friday. Get together and run with a teammate!
A Group Boys will do 2 - 2 a day's this week - 1 M-W and the other at Winter Park.
Core and Weights: Starting this week we will do Core Monday and Wednesday, and Weights Tuesday and Thursday the remainder of the season
