Boys Varsity: our #2-7 runners need to close the gap on our #1. Also get our 1-5 gap under 1 minute. Bring home another 1st Place Trophy.
Varsity Girls - same as Boys, and get our 1-5 gap under 2 minutes. Finish in top 5.
B Teams - This week it will be our 8-14 runners at Liberty Bell in the B Race. Our Boys are very deep and should have a goal of winning this race. Our Girls are coming off a strong performance and should shoot for a top 3 finish.
C Teams - Runners 15 and on. While there is no official timing or scoring for this race, we should see a Boys Team with many runners up front and a Girls Team showing steady improvement.

Tue - A Boys 30 min am and 3:10pm RCHS - Recovery Run
Wed - A Boys 30 min am and 3:10pm RCHS - Hill Workout

Fri - 3:30pm - Liberty Bell Invite
Sat - 8:00am Goodson Rec Center LSD
Sun - Optional 30-45 min on own
